don't make light coming directly from the viewer's view point, it makes everything look flat.

and the hand sucks. You can use your own hand as reference.

also i got the color oversaturated on the skin, yeah the hands pretty bad... but eh =P

the ram could do with more work

The ram is very blurry, completetly clashing with the sharp detailed dwarf, make them both in the same style. The dwarf looks nice though, just that hand ; )

That's the result of smudge! Don't even use it for hair and such stuff.

I like the ram, in fact I think the fur looks great. GJ

anyway, me likes! the dwarf is at a samwise or better quality, and the hand dont bother me.

it is good tho, but its proportions are off.

agreed, definetly not samwise quality. Nobudy here on these forums is, or comes close, for that matter.
