Dynamic tool tips

Just wondering if there is a way in-game to assign a tool-tip basic and extended to an item/unit for sale?

There is no way to change tooltips in-game.

u can still use: multiboard/leaderboard/screentext/texttag to do it, though it doesnt look as good as normal tooltips, and u need a way to make the tooltip show up, other than hovering mouse over the button, like using an autocast ability, or doubleclicking item, etc, just need to be creative enough to do these kind of things.
