Gruesome? There's barely any gore. Unless the one getting ripped apart is as dry as a mummy, he'll bleed like hell. But you've got the anatomy right, from what I can see. Except his guts.
EDIT: His arms are too long.

@Travinkel: I have always had a problem with the arm legnth, i really need to work on that, when standing straight i know where to put them but i can't get them right in poses. I suppose i didn't add blood because it would have ruined the picture, more of an anatomy piece but you are very right.
I can't even use the pen tool properly. I don't even know how I managed to make a tshirt design with it once... it was just lucky clicks amid a wave of frustration. Kudos for managin to use that cursed pen tool...
