Was bored today so decided to make a high poly castle.

oh boy....

1. what's up with the 1000 m towers?
2. This is 90% wip right? riiight?
3. The high poly gallery should be cleaned up from all these "wannabe-high-poliers"

1. There will be not only 1000 m towers but 2000 m ones.
2. Yes this is around 90% WIP
3. if you saying this isn't high poly.... finished model should be around 1 - 1.5 million polys

well there's a huge waste of polies, I couldnt see this being more than 5k

what you see here is about 25,000 polys and its just the front of the castle.

Its a building in progress i found it easier to make it in sections then to make 1 big box and cut out the faces.
Edit: I've just updated the pic now you can tell that the "cage" is more of a tower.

Ok, the new screenie looks a bit better.. I didn't really see those details from the old view

this is looking promising. but the render disadvantages the model, better post a clay render with a skylight, it would look much better and more understandable.

oh, and please post work in progress here, the gallery is for finished products only.
