Attach the weapons to left hand, the shields to right hand. If you want to use on a unit with existing weapons you'll need to remove them yourself by modifying its skin or model.

The weapons all use in-game textures. Use whatever import path/filename you want.

Enjoy!

Hmm, do you know all of these were already made and available at Campaign Creations?

Approved nonetheless.

Extracting these is a huge amount of work. Just because I didn't model them in the first place doesn't mean I don't deserve to be credited. That's like saying someone who re-skins a model doesn't deserve credit because Blizzard made the model.

Actually, no, they're not. The shields are not there at all, and there's a few weapons (I think the Maul, Sickle and Blade) but the latter two are horribly oversized:

My rips work and look much better.

Thanks for the approval!

That's just a lame argument. One thing is to make a texture for a model with your own hands and therefore you are credited for the texture, not for the model and another thing is to extract something modelled and textured by someone else. In my opinion, you don't deserve any credit. I bet that even I, who don't know shit about model editing, can extract a shield from an existing model and use it. Would it be fair to credit myself for doing it? I don't think so.

He's due credit for the effort of composing the models in this form, but not making them - which is where the argument ends.

Tim.
In this case credit goes to Blizzard as well as yourself, however you should state clearly that you did not make these, only exported them to make life easier for others.

You don't need to credit Blizzard. They own anything you make with WorldEditor anyway :P.

True :P However he should give credit himself to Blizz in his post.

"Footman's Plated Shield" isn't obvious that it's by Blizz? Well whatever, post edited. Just seems kindof pointless, since the entire game is made by Blizz.

*sigh* Fine then. Don't credit me. I just hate how people jump on my case for asking for a little appreciation for my work, and yet when I submit things like my Item System and explicitely say "feel free to use without credit", the whole thing gets ignored without a second thought.

Some people just have to open their mouths to say nothing at all...
Thanks for the time, Vuen.

BTW, TDR, please, excuse the newbies who can't rip stuff themselves.
