Model Request: Abhorsen

I'm planning on making a campaign set in the world of Garth Nix's "Abhorsen" trilogy. (If you haven't read them, do, they're some of the best fantasy novels I've read. And I read lots.)

I need a model for the main character. A human, with a sword in their right hand and a bell in their left. When I say a bell, I mean one of those handbells, like these.
They should be wearing light armour, and for animations, they need to have:
A spell cast animation where they hold the bell up and ring it.
A spell attack animation where they just gesture with their sword and it goes all glowy and magical looking for a moment.
And the usual; two attacks, two stands, a run, victory, death, and decay.
Additionally, it's important that they hold the bell still when they're not casting a spell.
