Okay well my team and I have been hard at work on the MMORPG which has the Terrain nearly complete and we have a bunch of Ideas for Quests, Ablilities etc. Heres what we got so far: -Lightsaber Construction with over 30 different Lightsaber possibilites. -Jedi Academy Training (somewhat based on KOTOR) -Star Forge which someone can take over and control -Quests -Hidden characters to teach you abilities -Hidden Items -Ablilites (also Somewhat based on KOTOR) But now we want input from the people. What do you want to see in our Star Wars Rpg map? All Ideas Welcome! |

- Decent implementation of dark side/light side. - A plot. - Non-standard WC3 combat would be nice. |

Star fighters and space flying/combat. Ie - You enter a spaceport and it takes you to a part of the map that looks like space with some planets and you fly to a planet to dock there, and when in space you can fight random enemy starfighter creeps. With that in mind that would also call for other planets, terrain styles and races. Will this be an MMORPG or a Single player RPG? Knowing this would help for suggestions. |

Singleplayer I hope. - Spaceships, if you're gonig to include anything, you NEED to add space dogfights and stuff. |

its a MMORPG -there are 10 planets: Naboo, Kamino, Coruscant, Dantooine, Tatooine, Yavin IV, Nar Shadaa, Korriban, Star Forge, and Ossus space combat may be difficult to get in cuz my terrain is all full and also it would require a lot more models and things which I dont really have space for right now because of all the Custom jedi/sith and Bounty Hunter models/skins I've made as well as creep models (sand people) and also Building Models Im gonna see if we can somehow do a LS/DS bar or something so you can tell if your Jedi/Sith what do you mean by Non Standard WC3 combat? |

http://wc3campaigns.com/showthread.php?t=75327 bottom of the thread pg1 haha it will be way better then revolutions. lets just say i did triggers in that and I can't do triggers and I'm not working solo on this so it will be. oh ya that was when terrain was like 50% done im like 95% done it now and its all filled in and i thought revolutions was pretty darn good seeing it was my first map |

Something in the combat that is out of the ordinary. I'm not making your map, though, so what it is you'll have to come up with yourself. Thinking about good lightsaber combat should be important though. |

ok I'll keep that in mind. thanks for clearing that up Still needing more suggestions. Also if anyone would like to post suggestions at my forum that would be easy for me to get access too. |

That terrain doesn't look too promising, would be better if you gave us some updated shots. ; ) Also some of those skins (mostly the bounty hunter) aren't very good. The bounty hunter looks like it was made in paint : / If there are no ships how do you get from planet to planet? |

you use waygates to go from planet to planet and are given a selection of planets to choose from then u just select the planet and u go there haha the bounty hunter was made in paint shop pro 10 ill probably fix the skins up a bit when im waiting for my triggers to be done and besides i havent even released a beta yet so they will change eventually. besides I'd rather work on gameplay and such before skins. until then enjoy it :P. I might take some new pics soon but I dunno when. |

-better custom model edits, the skins look bad, lighting and shading is too plain, and the terrain on those screenies also looks un-SW like -change the title, right now it suggests it's based on the Jedi Knight series, but it seems more connected with KotOR. |

umm okay for one I know your like master model/skin creator and I'm not, I asked you a long time ago if you were willing to make me models for my revolutions map and you said no so its not my fault im not good at them as I'm way to busy to perfect how to do it. also i havent even finished it yet so as for terrain looking not like starwars all u mostly see is grass and if i can recall star wars has grass. also im quite to lazy to making brand new tiles for terrain I'd rather finish what i have then do touch ups later. it is somewhat based on the Jedi Knights series as it has the characters in that (ones after episode 6) but also has components of KoToR which is just more training and as for abilities being based on that all Star Wars Jedi abilities are basically the same I just took some from that series and I am making my own. but i used based on KoToR so people have an idea of what I'm doing. I know you don't like me Olofmoleman and frankly whatever it don't bug me but I'll take it as constructive critisicm and brush it off and use ur ideas to make my map better. More Suggestions Please |

Well my sugestion would be do something completely original that is -interesting -related to the Star Wars MOVIES instead of the GAMES, because the movies are better known and quite frankly much cooler -never been done in any Star Wars Wc3 Map before Heres a better idea than the way gates and I think it would look a lot prettier and make it a bit more interesting. You can buy a ship, and when you go to a planet there is a docking bay where you see your own ship in one of the docking ports, and you use the ship as a waygate, so your hero walks into it, a menu pops up asking where youd like to fly, and then you mabe increase the flyheight of the ship off the screen. Then TP the hero to the planet of choice, show the ship coming down (decrease flyheight) and land into the docking bay of the new planet, and BAM your hero is there. Prettier and a lot more Star Wars-ish than Wc3 waygates. Theres some suggestions for you, hope I've been helpful. |
