It is one skin, youd just name it hair.blp then change the path on the model.

there is only one slot on the model for hair but the hair comes as two seperate blp files

What the heck kinda request is this? If you don't have Photoshop open paint, drag the pretty blue boxes on the edge of the canvas to the size you want, paste the two images and save. Done!

Jeeze..

everytime i tried combine the two hair pieces into one then saving and converting it to blp then attach it to the model, when i attempt to open it, the editor says that blp is not a blp

That is because by placing the two textures together your dimensions are no longer valid.

So you see why i need someone to combine them for me, as it isn't working correctly when i do it.

No, you fail to understand the problem. You need to make the dimensions proper for War3. Each side must be 64, 128, 256, or 512 (There are more specifications, but these are all you need to know). You will have blank space because these two textures do not piece together perfectly into any of those values.

so basicly its impossible then?

so how can i get the 2nd hair skin onto the model?

since my model only came with one slot for hair?

Please, use your head.

Does this image help explain the problem for you?
