Hi, you know there is a file you can import so you can raise/low the terrain anyway you want without that annoying thing so that everything around follows.

So Im wondering, is there anyway to do this with the blizz cliffs too?

that stinks. cant see why they added that restriction (probabaly because of some thing in a blizzard-made-map)

What do you mean? if you place a doodad and raise the ground the doodads go up too?
Thats easily fixable press ctrl+pageup and ctrl+pagedown. Then its fixed on height.

Yea, I don't understand that too, the terrain was great in the Wc3 Alpha, I think it didn't have restriction, it was like LotR,...

Alpha was RPG styled, Blizz simplified the terrain for a RTS game.

Aah, I understand now :) I just linked everything else to be doodads. Sorry for trying to help out :)

Anyway, there's no way to prevent this (besides making a custom model that acts like a cliff).
