Overview: Creatures of the Night is one of the first cinematic only maps ever made. It is a drama/action movie about creatures that attacked a village at night. It uses revolutionairy special effects and camera motion to give the viewer a most satisfying experience. It was mostly made in RoC, only the last 2 maps are for tft only. You might expect the cine to be outdated, but nothing is less true, this still is one of the best cinematics ever made. Screenshots: Download: Though it isn't, and never will be, finished, it is still good. Here are the files: Part 1 (9.22 MB, 6:45 minutes) Part 2 (9.48 MB, 11:00 minutes) Part 3-1 (9.07 MB, 8:45 minutes) Part 3-2 (6.75 MB, 7:15 minutes) Part 4-1 (12.3 MB, 9:45 minutes) Part 4-2 (13.4 MB, 10:30 minutes) Part 5-1 (20.8 MB, 10:30 minutes) Part 5-2 (12.3 MB, 14:15 minutes) It's been a pleasure, I hope you enjoy them. So long, Wc3Campaigns! - DaemonKillar |

part 1 and part 2, once downloaded, aren't maps... They are unknown files taking 9000 Ko each. |

You likely changed the file extension when you saved them. Change it back to w3m and all should be fine. |

This was undoubtedly one of the, if not THE best cinematic series' to ever come to warcraft 3. Excellent music, excellent story, excellent characters, all around excellency. This was released not too long after insaniteus made his own cinematic movie, back in the old days. New World Editor functionality will never make up for the original ideas that people like Daemonkillar and Insan came up with. A million thanks for your work in the community on your project, Daemonkillar. |

Very, very great cinematic. The cameras, the terrain, the story, and the music fits great together - It is really awesome. It is also long, so even though it is not finished, it kept me entertained for some time. The only thing that I really missed was voiceacting, but it is still one of the best cinematics I have ever seen for warcraft 3. |

hehe, I strongly doubt I'll come back to war3 cinematics though I might come around here a lil more often! I've been working much more on modeling, texturing and animation (Mainly 2D animation though).Trying to find a good story to make a 2d animation out of it. Did I miss any major event around here in the past uh, year(s)? Anybody I still know? |

You might remember me from IRC, even though we only talked once :P As for, uh, major events, have you see Blizzard's first cinematic contest? |
