These are the two Chapter's of TTOA that were completed. What was originally planned to be a 12 part, 3 hour long cinematic. Ended up reaching only 25:10 in total running time however. Over ambition can really kill a project, haha. It's been nearly 2 years since I've worked on the project. And I have no plans to continue its development for the Warcraft III engine. I am considering turning it into a novel, or perhaps making an RPG game for Neverwinter Nights 2 or something. For those of you who have seen it, I'm glad to finally be releasing the files again. And for those who haven't, I love the prospect of it being new and exciting for you. :-) Attached are a few screenshots from both Chapter 1 & 2. Chapter One Chapter Two Enjoy, ~ Iron_Ian |

Yes, Very nice landscape and graphics. I like how you have the peasant with the green shirt, looks more real. And also nice sizes too. I think I will set one of the pics as my background Great Job! ![]() |

It had a lot less cliche elements than most stories. Bravo. While I couldn't get into the story that much (as in, there wasn't much to attach me to the main character), by the end of chapter two I was definately wanting more, if that tells you anything. Since you obviously know what you're doing and generic feedback is likely of no use to you, i'm going nitpick a little about the main character. Like I said, there was very little to really attach myself to his life. You allude to many things going on the background, which is awesome, but there's a lack of stuff going on in the foreground. Some things i'm referring to could be stuff like "what does he do, why is he such a dressed up knight, why does everyone seem to know him (besides him living there)." I'm not saying all these need to be answered, but rather that there's far more attention paid to pointing out where he's going (which we dont know much about anyway, besides that it's the 2nd largest city in the kingdom ) than who he is. I guess what i'm saying is, I really just didn't care much about the character even though it was very well put together. The cinematography was pretty good. Great use of music, really well done and the footsteps here and there when appropriate were a nice touch and didn't sound awkward either. |

Very nice two scenes, especially the mood "quiet little country" whith the sheep in the fields Very good use of sounds for atmosphere, and I love the idea of the fade for the letter with the 2 nights behind |
