i did have fun with that model ^^
but then again, i made it a tree as well
xD
Anyway, cant you just shape the skin more like the model's polygons? its looking verry mechanicalish, and the verry squarish and triangulair rugged shapes of the model could be really brought out with that... i guess.

Yeh, that looks freaking dodgy.
I would do what erwt said and redesign the skin to work with the polygons.
And I want that Protector of the Pines.

It's had to 'skin to the polygons' when they're in 3 seperate slices on the unwrap.

Most ingame wc3 models are like that, the Kodo is also a nightmare
