Wee bit of help with orb of slow?

First of all, Holy crap they saved my account name from like 2 years ago? (albeit without sigs and the like)

Second of all, i am using orb of slow to duplicate a spell (specifically, chain lightning) whenever you attack. The percentage is at 100% (tried it at 99% also) and the effect only works when you micromanage the target to attack.... any thoughts on why this is?

Yeah, it's a game bug sorry. The orb doesn't work when a unit auto-acquires a target to attack.
