Might and Magic is a hero battle. you pick a hero, and then you appear in a land with trees and cliffs, and 2 bases on each sides. the goal is to capture the ennemy flag. every heroes have 0 attack damage, so everything is based off their spells. but this map is different from regular hero battles. why? there are 5 spell categories. Aimed: 2 spells of this type per hero. aimed spells are direct damage spells, usualy cost low mana, do high damage and often have a special effect,but you have to aim them manually. this mean the spell work somehow like a ShockWave. you target the ground and it will hit ennemies in a line, or it will hit the first ennemy it enter collision with and then selfdestruct, such as the Firebolt. Targeted:1-2 spell per hero. those spells cannot miss, they are like any WC3 spells, they usually cost alot of mana, do medium damage,have a casting time and are casted at short range.. or they are buffs. spells such as Frostshock, Reflecting Shield, and Silence AoE:usually 1 per hero. regular AoE spells such as Ice Orb Channeled:0-1 per hero. Good old channeled spells. Usualy Targeted, such as Blizzard, or Life Drain. Wait for Effect:0-1 per hero. spells you cast instantly, but will take effect later in the game, such as Mines, Soulstone, Energy Wall There can be different combinations of spell types. Firebolt is a AIMED spell. Wake of Fire is a long cone of fire wich doesn't disrupt when hiting a target, so it is AIMED+AoE. There is a multi board wich count the number of death/kills/flags for everyone. shops in each bases where you can buy artifacts, SKILL POINTS (12000$ each....) and potions. the artifact can be upgraded by being combined together When you kill another mage, you gain 500 gold. Scoring a flag gives you 10000gold. Max level is 20, and each spells have 6 levels, eccept ultimates wich are limited to 3. When your hero die, you need to wait 45 seconds for it to respawn, and you will lose 300 gold and 10% of your TOTAL exp (including exp from past levels).<- this should avoid people doing suicide attacks. Heroes will have 5 abilities they can choose from:4 regular and one ultimate. 80 % of the spells are trigger enhanced. Killing a hero gives you Level_of_Slain_Hero X 200 exp, and it gives all your teamates Level_of_Slain_Hero X 100 exp It will require both strategy and skill. Estimated time left until completed: 27 days Due to the lack of ideas, some spells such as Manasting and Frost Bolt, will be used on 2 heroes, so some abilities wont be unique. Spells:45 % (36/80) Heroes:42 % (7/16) Texts:20 % Items:0 % Map:5 % I finished some cool spells, such as: -an Ice Orb exactly like the one in Diablo 2, -a manually aimed Death coil, wich will leech target's life and then return to its caster(aimed again) to give him the leeched life -a reflecting shield, wich reflect AIMED spells back to their original caster.
