I came up with a system for one of my druid maps. Basically you get a totem in the begining and throughout the game you find gems. Gems can be inserted into "sockets" on your totem and this adds spells or abilities to your command card. You can also "unsocket" the gems and use others. I've been banging my head against the computer screen all day trying to get this system to work but sadly no success. My main problem seems to be trying to choose triggers that "create" an ability or researches a tech to active a previously unactivated ability. If anyone could help me, I would be very grateful! Copy and paste the triggers by right clicking the bit at the top of the trigger and clicking 'copy as text'. What you have there isn't a trigger. Anyway, using upgrades is a bad idea, as they are permament, so cannot be un-upgraded. |

Fixed. I was also experiencing some problems with disable/enable. Do you have to have the ability "unresearched"? |

What is 'force of nature'? Is it an upgrade or an ability? If it is an upgrade, then rework it so that it uses abilities instead. If it is an ability, then the hero has to have the ability to start with, but disabled. Alternatively, you could work by adding the ability, and then taking it away at the end. |
