hi im making a TD and i would like to know what do i need or where to start to make a pathing for the units, i dont want to make regions all over the map, i know that is posible to make a tile to be walkable only or non walkeble so that wc3 engine takes care of moving the unist from one point to the other, so what should i do? make a doodad and place it all over the map or is it posible to import a tile with this specifications?

Do i need any program? which one?

In fact what i would like to have or make is a bigger Path Blocker for ground units.

Hmm, u can make a TD in several ways, here in the site in resources there is a system wich can be used for units in a TD, the best way (and the most used) is with regions (unit enters region 1 === move entering unit to region 2, etc), but if u want something more simple... i dont know....

About a tile walkable or not??? i think that doesnt exist with the WE,...

i think you can check if the tile is paathable or if it is a certain tile yes...atleast in WEU you can O.o

Put a Pathing blocker on those tiles? That could work.
