Trigger that fires when opening Quest menu?

Hi @ all!
I have searched the forums just for some time, but couldn't find what I'm looking for.
So, my question, as the thread title already says:
Is it possible that when you play in a humans team of more then 1 player,
to show your teammembers a textmessage when you currently read in a Questmenue (F9)?

Unfortunately there's no way to detect when a player enters that menu.
