I put Locust Swarm on the Tinker and when he uses it he morphs into his Robo-Goblin form! I don't want that to happen and it doesn't happen with any other spells. What is special about it? How do I stop it? |

the crypty lord morphs was well when he uses the swarm, his carcass opens. It simply means he switches to his "alternate" animations set. I dont know how to fix it for sure, but i think there is a string somewhere that allows you to set the animations to alternate or rehulair... |

Look in the ability editor, there should be a field called Art - Required Animation Names. That probably says 'alternate' or something of the sort; remove it and see if that fixes it. If not, it's probably hardcoded. |

If that doesn't work, try this action when he starts casting the ability: Trigger: Animation - Remove the alternate animation tag to (Triggering unit) |

There are no animations used by Locust swarm. I guess I will try removing the alternate animations with triggers. EDIT: I tried removing his "standalternate" and "standalternate2" animation when he is purchased and when he begins casting the ability. I also tried forcing him to play the his "stand" animation. None of that worked. Am I just not removing the right animation? It doesn't seem like an animation thing at all really. It seems like a total morph (minus the actual morphing in and out animation), cuz he has all his stand and walk and attack animations functioning when he is in his alternate form. |
