Coloring WIP of some thing

I posted this some time ago, it was...still is a thing I made at school during classes with a ballpoint pen. Now I'm starting to color it when I have some free 5 minutes or so...:(

man TDR, Your lighting creativity is just awesome, wanna take me as ur aprentice??? Teach me how to do the lighting, teach me how to think the light should be...

Thanks for all the comments. Yes, I shall finish this, but it will be a loooong process, for now I have little time and I spend all day (literaly) at school, because I have to make the model of my house (real model).

I can't teach you anythig. I once asked very good buddy of mine who is a GOD at arts, and I realy mean GOD!(If he'd start digital painting, he would shadow Linda Bergkvist, Ryan Church, Syd Mead, Craig Mullins and all others; but he prefers traditional painting, just like me :D ) for some advice and he told me a thing so true that I'm going to tell you now: you must feeeeeel it! You must realy feel what you're doing, you must almoust touch it, smell it, taste it! You must be body & soul with your creation. It may sound like mumbo jumbo, but that's the true fact. Let your "heart" guide you, let it free, don't be boxed in by other thoughts, just let it flow. Oh, and study a lot of refernce pictures and draw lots of still life :P. No, realy.

Yeee, thanks TDR, that was just what i needed. Now i can finally set it all free :) Free from all forms, i'm the maker of forms, there are no form i can't make....

Which is why I'd probably be deathly terrified if I ever met TDR in person... this piece is freaky... and it scares me... alot.

Above all else, I wish I could express myself artistically, in the way you can. I can write stories, create music, make films even, and still I envy you, because I cannot set down in ink and paper that which elights my soul. Tis very upsetting, but I mean to rectify this. You should be very proud of this expressive piece of artwork.

Pretty nice man, you plan on giving them different colors..i think the guy holding the dude should be blue, he would look nice.. but i think its turning out good with the same color scheme
