3d max script

HOw do I run the MDX importer script nothing happens.. I can see it in 3d max script.. and run it but I still can't import.

I tried both 3dmax 4.2, and 3dmax 6.

You need 3dsMax5 to run the script; and even then it's pretty shitty.
