Stupid questions

Hello first.
Im a really bloody rookie in the World Editor. So I have some stupid questions...
The first: Can someone make a Hakkar Model from WoW?
2.: Can someone make a Poison golem model or something like this?
3.: How can I set up the max. lvl from the hero?
4.: How can I create spawn points?
