I'm switching my map load screen to the Campaign Screen. I notice that it says press any key to continue and I worry that people won't do it. How do I make it so that it starts without that? |

I got the impression that if you don't click the button, it will click itself like after 10 seconds, so it shouldn't be a problem. Else I think it's pretty hard to make it so you don't have to click if you want a custom screen. - Soultaker |

We had a discussion about this a month ago. Basically, once everyone has loaded, the game starts after ~30 seconds or if everyone presses a key. So don't worry. Besides, there is no way to make the message disappear unless you do not place text in your load screen. |

DotA automatically starts, no key is required to be pushed. |

I do not play DotA so I have no idea, but I can assume DotA did not use normal War3 mission text in their loadscreen. |

They obviously don't have loading screen text then, most likely a custom load screen is being used. Edit: Aww, timmy was too quick :< |

Correct, DotA do not use any text, its just the you know me, i know you standard model for loading screen (which is a flat model with a image, the image has text on it) |

It automatically starts after a period of time. This time appears to include the load time, so maps with long load times may not have an artificial wait. |

The press any key button goes away immediately when you finish loading in dota. It does have a custom loading screen, but I could have sworn that it was that way before the custom load. Oh well, I got another idea from bdsm that I will use. |
