Hey di ho, i tried vB.net and it sucked, i tried C and it's not OOP so now i'm learning java and i think i like it. :D
Here's my very first java programm, calculate how much per mill you have after X litres of beer. (Here in germany an ordinary beer has got 4,9% vol)

P.S.: for those who don know, in java there are no *.exe applications, because it'splatform independent! start the programm with the *.BAT!

Wait a minute, if you didn't like C because it didn't have OOP then why didn't you just move to C++?

I can't open your file because I don't have the java runtime thing installed (or something like that :/ )

You can write in an OOP style in C.
