yes i know its probably asked before but i simply cant get it to work
i optimized my map using vexorian's map optimizer but when i tried to upload it to wc3sear.ch it simply wouldn't load the page. after some searching i figured out that its probably caused by Shortest variable / function names possible. however i couldn't upload it even when i optimized without that option.
has anyone found out which is the option that makes darky's script bug up?
thanks in advance

I don't know which option it is.
But if your map is good enough you can also upload it at our site :)

Tim.
This is clearly a Wc3Sear.ch problem, I suggest you ask on their forums, not ours.

I think it is "remove as much WE data as possible"

Darky's script tries to "unprotect" your map to extract worthless data like trigger count. Probably the changes I make to war3map.w3i cause an overflow in Darky's map parser.

If a map works perfectly on warcraft 3 and can't be uploaded to wc3sear.ch it is wc3sear.ch's bug.

i was about to, but map protecting questions are against their rules.
anyway my friend got it to work by unchecking everything except remove useless code, mpq reconstruction options and remove as much we-only data as possible. thanks for the help though.

They are against our rules aswell, but we allow protected maps to be uploaded. Same goes for Wc3Search

We do allow discussions about map PROTECTION but not about UNprotection.

I think it is awful that you have to stop using the best optimizations just so a site allows your map.
