Guys im new in map making and i downloaded this model in a section on your site, the thing is i did import the files needed like the mdx/blp, i forgot the 3rd file mdl i think, then i made a new unit at the object editor, then i changed the model and icon of the unit at -art. when i place the unit on the map it places a checked cube and when i try to test the map the unit is just invisible. Can anyone tell me where i did wrong? Is there anything i need to modify? I hope someone can help me cause i want to learn. I think i tried the firestarter model by one of the posters. Thnx in advance.

If you have not done it already, then I suggest you to read this: http://www.wc3campaigns.net/showthread.php?t=78947.

If you have read it already, I suggest you to re-read it, that might help you find the problem.

I guess that it is the path of a skin that is wrong.

Please, whenever you download a resource, write down who made it, so you can give the credit to the author that he/she deserves when using it.

If you downloaded it from wc3sear, there is a tutorial there.
