Correct Event for "trained" a unit?

What is the correct event for "having chosen a Hero"?
Like a Hero from a Tavern or something..
"Unit Finishes training a unit" does not work, somehow

I don't think tavern's train units. You're probably looking for 'Sold Unit'.
