Hm. well if u make a lagoon would there be a good Fog effect for the place ??? if not none plz help.

I would guess you could use heavy white fog to get the effect I believe you want. Haven't tested it but i believe the fog will stay abouve the water. Very worst is that the fog doesnt layer with water...

This gives me an idea...we'll see...
