Can you make it so Breath of Fire functions fully without drunken haze?

I want to make this skill work at full effect without relying on drunken haze, can this be done?

I guess that you could try and give the character using the BoF an aura, which gives all surrounding enemies the Drunken Haze buff. I really have no idea if that'll work.

Edit: Apparently doesn't work. I'm not skilled in JASS or the sophisticated inner workings of Warcraft III so I was apparently way off.

It could probally be done, i havent checked what the breath of fire is like, but as far as i know, they use it in single player for a hero, if it combines 2 abilities, its probally hardcoded

Breath of Frost has a damage over time component, but it also slows the the units affected. Depending on the situation, it could be used.
