I've hosted a few games of Tropical Tag on Battle.net, and I must say that it is the best tag I've ever played. I especially like the coin mode, which adds a new twist to tags. Unfortunately, there are two problems with it: 1. A lot of money in the beginning. 2. Too much money is made when the game isn't a full house (see screen shots). Edit: This doesn't have to do with coin mode, but the crab uses a lobster model. There are two actual crab models in Warcraft, and either one would work too. |

The Makrura model is more suited to a unit, as its animations are more snappy, the model is more detailed and it has a spell animation. |

Well, the coins spawn every 2.5 seconds atm. I could always make that 3.75 seconds? |

A coin is spawned for every Fish that is in the game. Thus, if 8 Fish are present then its 8 coins every 2.5 seconds. If only 3 Fish then its 3 coins every 2.5 seconds. |

heh personally I find coin mode to be more of a boon to the naga. It causes the fish to have to continuously be on the search for coins, rather than setting up a good base. And in light of this makes them easier to catch as they're searching around for said coins. Whenever the fish in the red slot decides to play coin mode. the game is over a lot sooner than it otherwise would be. For example. If I'm playing 4 fish against me as the sole naga. I'll usually win sometime around 15 minutes in. With coin mode, it takes me about 5 minutes. |

i say remove the coins after a certain period of time, to reduce clutter, and let naga be able to attack and kill them |
