Tileset / doodad question

Hi all,

I've made a series of multiplayer maps and I was thinking of making cosmetic variations of each one by just changing the tileset to give the map a new look.

The tileset changes just fine, but the doodads stay the same. For example if I have a map tileset of Lordaeron Forest and change it via the advanced tool option of new tileset, to Barrens I get the Barren landscape but the Lordaeron Forest trees remain the same. My question is:

Is there a better way to change the trees in mass rather than just manually delete and place a new one? A few of my maps are large 12 player maps and I'm dreading manually changing the tree types.

Any advice would be appreciated.
