Hey!

I have already used custom loadingscreens i two different maps, but I can't seem to get it to work in my new map. It is just a blank black screen...

I've been using this tutorial when I couldn't seem to get it to work.

Any common errors that you know of?

I attached the map if someone could look at it.

Paths in WE seem to be case sensitive, so make sure the path is FullScreen.blp exactly. Also, make sure the image you imported is a blp file, the picture size is 512 X 512, you have your custom loading screen selected in the Scenario options, and that you imported the right mdx file (If you don't have that, it's attached to this post).

Your current loadingscreen.mdx file is larger than the it is supposed to be, which seemed suspicious. I downloaded the correct one from the site that you linked to, imported it and deleted the old one. The loading screen then worked fine.

Thanks guys! Weird that it was the .mdx file that was wrong.. Havn't messed around with it..

Freakazoid, why would I use that method if I already got a method that has worked perfectly for me earlier?

Repped ya once more blu :) (Can't.. have to give to some other dudes first..)

Lol, this is going a lot off topic..

Why would I search n' learn a new method, if I just needed a fix to the working one?
