Pretty dumb question from a pretty dumb me

Hi all. I have a question regarding importing models into the WC3 World Editor. I didn't see information like this anywhere else, so bear with me. I downloaded a few models from this site, unziped them, and then imported them into the editor. However, when I try to actually use the model for a unit, it only shows up as that green/black box that signifies the model was not found. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong (because I really don't know what I'm doing), and any help would be greatly appreciated.

sure you imported the skins with the correct paths?

Did you restart the editor after importing?

I'm pretty sure I imported them correctly... Do I have to change the path in the Import Manager?

Yes, Whitehorn did a tutorial on it (under tutorials for beginners; I was using it recently)...

.blp's for models have to have the war3map???\ changed to Textures\. Also, you have to reboot WE for WE to see them.

It is not Textures\ in all cases, you know. There is most likely information about what path to use where you downloaded it.

Generally you can leave model paths as they are.

Then the Blp's (skins) you simply delete war3map....

So war3mapimported\Jaina.blp
Change to Jaina.blp

Restaart editor and there you go
