Hello, i need some Models for my War of the Worlds Map. The biggest Part of the Models could i make self, but some, i couldnt make with gmax. Here what i need: 1. The red Weed. ![]() ![]() The red Weed is a simple, grab-plant. The Model should be not so big. ca 6 WE-Units. It need a Birth a birthanimation, a standanimation (simpel floating) and a death animation (change texture to grey). I tried it to make self, but i have problems in gmax with alphachannels 2. A Heatraymodel. ![]() ![]() I need a Projectile-Model for the Tripods. A simpel Beam, that shoot every 0,1 secounds. The Model should have two beams. One for the right and one for the left Tripodgun ![]() I hope someone can help me :) |

You might want to use a tileset for the red weed, make it somewhat like the blight of the undead, or better yet base it off that. Makes it much easier for use in the map and reduces poly count. Of course try and get a model for it as well, that way you can have animations etc. Just a thought. |

Come on, we all know the Zerg creep was ripped off War of the Worlds. So since blight is ripped off the creep... it's only logical. Good to see you finally looking at some of the Jeff Wayne version's artwork. |

Well I'm currently fiddling around with tilesets etc, if you want I can lend you a hand/show you how to do it easily enough. Only problem is I'm crap at 2d art, so might want to find someone else for that :) |
