Help! 3rd person view, how do u do it?

Hi Guys and Gals
Ive only just started on making maps and stuff and i need some help.
I would like to know how to change the view from aerial view to 3rd person view. Ive found a way but it doesnt let u rotate. Also there isnt any totorials on this kind of thing. So if anyone knows please show me...It would be very apreciated

Use the map I attatched - Jungle Paintball. I've used its 3rd person camera system alot.
