Color bug while reducing skins quality !

I happen to have a bug when trying to reduce my skin's quality. I use warcraft3 viewer and even if I set the compression to 1% the color of the skins completely change ! (meaning that the skin retains 99% of its original quality!)

From yellow to blue. No my skins aren't bugged or something when I use the original one it doesn't bug.

Any ideas how I could fix this or reduce the skins quality in another way ?

Don't use 1% then.

Try reducing the resolution of the texture.

I used like 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70% and so on until I reached 99% and was still not working !

Reducing resolution ? hmmm can warcraft3 viewer do that ?

IrfanView or Photoshop can do it

post screenshots when dealing with such graphical problems.
