Try this forum for triggering help.
And try to be more detailed.

Does the map exist yet? Is it just an idea so far? Have any screenshots?
Anything else cool about the map?

Note: Use image tags.
I like to attach them to my post and have people scroll through them at their own leisure.

Anyways, I don't mean to sound kinda rude or anything, but the screenshots look rather generic. You might consider giving partial vision to all players, condensing both wells into one, and maybe add some more cool things to it.
Like say... More detailed terrain with more doodads.

Just suggestions, of course.

Thanks! I'm going to add effects for most beneficial spells (Like defend and such) so that the heros have a more magical quality. It looks rather generic because I just started and I just got out of school. Thanks for the suggestions.

P.S.
what do you mean by partial vision?

P.P.S. I did use image tags

I'd say a whole ORPG is a bit much for a first-time map-maker... I suggest you try make maybe 1-2 small RPGs first.

Suggestion:
  1. You make a quite small, multiplayer-compatible map, but actually intended for singleplay. You make a simple and short story-line. Then, you add some quests, and you test different features you would like to have in your map, see if they work and fit in, and you finish it off as a small little map wich you can play through to see basicly everything you have planned for you grand ORPG.
  2. Now you basicly make your ORPG, but first you make it in a very small scale (yep, I like small things. Gah, stop thinking like that you perverts). You create like the starting spot you imagine you'd like to have in the ORPG, and you gotta see if the save-code works (wich is very important, because many maps got some serious problems with this) and you gotta see that every feature fits well in multi as well. Then, this is what you could try along with other people. Host it on b.net. and fish for suggestions, fixes etc. It's very nice to have a well working engine before you start making a map on a bigger scale.

Please note, that I am not a map-maker, this is just how I imagine a good start could might be like. Someone please slap me hard (on the wrist that is.) if these suggestions are way off :/

(I apologise for my poor choice of words *sigh*...

That's exactly what I'm doing. :) I'm going to make the map go to about level 10, release it, then build upon it.

What? No Story? Your primary thread still does not meet the rules, we want to know more about the map, not a list of a few 'unique' features. What is the plot? Why are we fighting? What's the gameplay like? Who's working with you? Update your first post in this thread with more information.
