I was trying to duplicate olofmoleman's Nazgul Model's walk animation with the animation transferer. When I do this and look at the new animation in wc3veiwer, only the upper body moves, not the horse. Seeing as the model is based off the Death Knight, I tried to transfer the Death Knight's walk animation to the Nazgul, and get the same effect. Then I tried to duplicate the walk animation from Blizzard's Death Knight to a copy of the same mdl, I get the same thing. Anyone know how I can get the walk animation to duplicate without only one potion of the model moving? |

Hmm hmm. Sounds like some of the model is on bones and not helpers; the animation transferer only works on helpers. Which means you'll need to manually do the rest, if this is true. |

Make sure bones have same name? |

What exactly do you mean? Look at Black_Stan's models, they operate on bones solely and the animations are completely transferable with helper-animated units, and I've transferred wc3 animations onto them as well. I haven't really explored it further, but I'm beginning to think it's a common misconception. Maybe it simply looks for the appropriate names of the bones/helpers? |

Considering it's duplicating an animation on the same model, that seems the only explanation; bone/helper names will obviously be the same. |
