Custom Doodad Model Variations

Ok, I have a few trees that I want to replace the original war3 trees with. I have downloaded them, imported them, and they all work fine. However, after I increase the variation number on one of the new trees, what do I need to do to get all the new model variations to appear?

This isn't related to modeling in any way, man. Moved.

what tree model is that?
usually the custom tree models only have one mdx. one mdx=only one variation.

They are two Kiefer tree models, named kiefer1 and kiefer2, made by the same artist.
