VertexModify help

Whenever i edit a modle from the Vertex Modify program after i finish editing a modle and import it into a map on world editor and then restart the world editor, the modle wont work please help me what should i do?

I had same problem too, I guess VM screws some part of the model :S

I never had this problem. Have you changed the texture paths? Deleted some geosets?

You don't even need to restart the WE if you do it right, wich is, import the thingie, save the map, and then assign the resource to a unit, if you don't save the map before assigning it then it wont work.

I tend to bent towards Nasrudin here, ive had many annoying times with models not working after using the VM. If you delete a Geoset then im pretty sure you can fix that in Magos model editor, presuming im right(correct me if im worng please anyone) you would have to find the correct geoset, then remove it in the VM then go back to the model editor and remove the geoset and anything that is applied to that geoset.

If a model is, as I affectionately call it, "non-specifically fecked", try converting from MDL to MDX using Guesst's MDL/X converter. Every time I got a crashing model, converting with that made it work.
