Removing an ability icon?

How can I remove the icon of an ability entirly? I set it to "none" for icon, but now I have a very bright florence skill on my heroes menu... Just trying to remove the icon and slot taken up by the "Attribute Bonus" skill.

Put it in a disabled spell book.

The skill "Attribute Bonus" has a field specifically for that, "Data - Hide Button", just set it to true.

This is assuming you do not want the hotkey of the ability to function. If you do want the hotkey to function, then it is impossible. The best you can do is give it a black BTN and DISBTN.

If you don't want the icon to show up at all, couldn't you just put a opaque alpha channel over it?

To my knowledge there isn't anyway to have a passive ability show up and not be shown on the button matrix.

Yea, there a quite a few abilities that allow you to Hide the ability icon. Such as channel, and as shadow said, attribute bonus.
