Is there a place that has downloadable warcraft 3 loading screens for maps that are in a ready format to import? I checked wc3sear but it has absolutly nothing like that which I could find.

I don't think there are any. If you want, you can post some of the images you'd like to use for the loading screen, and I could try to make them.

Any image can be used, you just have to path it right in the World Editor and resize it correctly.

Size(pixels) - 1024x768 or 800x600
Convert to .blp by using the Wc3 Image Extractor
Import imige to World Editor using the Import Manager
Path to - FullScreen.blp

You missed the need of a custom mdx, which is why i pointed to the tuts.

The image also has to be 512 X 512 to work.

Depending on which path is used, you need a different mdx. The one for FullScreen.blp is attached on this post.

Use Magos, it will convert the image, resize it and make the model for you.

Argh, I hate that baby in your signature.

And Horde Baby? He's not even green!
Make him green, then we'll talk.

Now to the subject at hand, perfect square dimensions are required. I concur and... yes, google is awesome.

Ok, so frankly I just wanted to comment on the baby image...
