Looking for a skinner for a custom model.

I have this very old model that I wish to complete. t works fine, animations are good, it only miss a skin. I'm searching for someone to help me on that.
The model will be uploaded here when finished.

So... what's the theme on this guy? Arabian? For some reason I just can't bring myself to say that I'll work on the project for nothing. It years of training and knowledge and work to do anything easily... so I'm going to ask. Are you willing to put a budget on this project to see that it gets done?

I think he just wants to finish it to submit as a resource, not for a project : / Or at least he didn't mention any project.
