How do I import a unit model?

I downloaded a unit model of war3sear and followed the importing tutorial exactly, I downloaded this drider model

http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Models&ID=2089&sid=

I followed the instructions, I imported all the files and adjusted their directory structure accordingly to the way they were in the RAR file... I restarted the editor and when I go to change the Neruvian Queen's model, I select FemaleDrider.mdx from Import and it instantly changes it to custom and changes my selection to FemaleDrider.mdl and then it says it cannot find FemaleDrider.mdl, which is obvious because that file doesn't exsist, yet it keeps trying to use it instead of .mdx

Can someone please help?

You should not include the beginning "FemaleDrider" in the import path. The editor will always say mdl even if it means mdx, so don't worry about that.

Well I got that one to work but I keep getting that stupid "Cannot Find MDL" when importing models most of the time, and I do save and close the editor and restart it, the problem keeps happening, even though my models are in the proper directory structure, I keep getting that damn error for a lot of imports... It doesn't seem to work all the time.

I got it, it was because I was using the Pixie model, which apparently doesn't include all the nessecary files to make it work for some awesome reason, you need to download a seperate file, yet the link for that file is broken, yay.
