Ok so anyways, I've been trying to optimize a map of mine using Vexorian's Map Optimizer, but I keep running into this same error message. http://img71.imageshack.us/img71/216...izerbug9mo.png What does that mean? How do i fix it? Is it a bug in the program or something i need to fix in my map? Plz help! ![]() |

I remember I wrote a giantic readme for the optimizer. That error sounds like one of your object files has a data structure the optimizer doesn't recognize - the optimizer never expected to find that. You can: - Stop using the optimize string usage option- or - Email me the original version of the map so I can find the mistake and fix the bug. You better do this quick cause I am going to update the optimizer soon. My email address is in the optimizer's readme file (my lord it is even in the screenshot) 3364 mods in an object is just wrong |

Ok i just sent you the map via email. Thanks for the help btw, and I apologize for the following: 1. The retarted email name (its old) 2. The map itself is not as proffesional as it could be I know, seeing as I used nothing but GUI triggers and haven't had a chance to finish correcting the memory leaks and fix some of the bugs. The map is still in its alpha stages and I was hoping to test it to check how everything works on battle.net. |
