Creep control script

There is anti tower creep script in warcraft thet cause creeps run away from towers, how can i disable it?

I cant make towers nonbuildings.

It is not a script, You have to edit the creep return time and creep return radious in gameplay constants

I uploaded demo, any constant have no effect
