Items That attack

have any of you played Battle Tanks Or Battle Ships? well I'd like to know how to make items that can fire weapons when equiped, I'm kinda noobish when it comes to the object editor

Its the phoenix's phoenix fire, just change the projectile model and damage and stuff. Easy.
