Sudden Lag After Boneyard

In a custom map with a max of ONLY 2 players and a little bit bigger then Booty Bay, with a little more doodads and tad bit more creeps, it suddenly lags after a build a boneyard. now, i added 2 upgrades for the frost wyrm: one that -applies defence bonus -applies defence bonus again -+250 hp and -30 something damage. the other: -15% extra move speed -15% extra attack speed. nothing is wrong so far. but as soon as i finish building the boneyard, my computer starts getting LAGGY!!! I have no idea why this happens. the best thought i had was that the one upgrade had too many abilities. there was also an upgrade fer human, 4 new units fer human, and 5 new buildings. human has no bad effect whatsoever. the problem occurs only when undead builds the boneyard. BTW (By The Way), my comp is 1, maybe 2 years old (right now it's 2006), maybe even 3, pentium 4 processor, and is an XP. this problem never occured before. i need help on this sort of bug thing.
