Sticky Extraction of texture file BLP's

I seem to be confused or something I read the directions, followed em and I can't get targas.

My software can handle targa, but not blp, I used MPQMaster to extract the BLP's to a test folder, but I'm having the damnest trying to edit the BLP's.

I got the War3ModelEditor as was recommended, and I can't get it to save them as readable TGA's. My two choices are Mdl and mdx, and I know my graphics software can't read that.

All links to the War3Viewer are broken and unavailable, so I've been trying to do it with other software.

However, I find Warcraft III Image Extractor II easier as it also have full support for 32-bit textures.

Those tools can be found in this site too, just look around the tool section. I use WC3V most of the time.
