This may also seem easy.

Trigger description:
The trigger shall move all items from 1 hero to another one.
My trigger kinda fucks up, but I'm pretty new with triggers and working on
my first map.

Use "Hero - Give Item to Hero"


Give Item carried by HeroX in slot 1 to HeroY
Give Item carried by HeroX in slot 2 to HeroY
etc.

Does that work over greater distances like uhm.. the whole map?

Yes, its not an order to make the hero give the item, it just instantly gives the item to the hero.
