Which original spells should I use?

I'm trying to make a "throw dagger" spell, which will simply do damage without any stun. What spell should I base it off? I tried taking hurl boulder and setting stun duration to 0 seconds, but that made the stun duration infinite :(

Also, what spell should I use as a dummy spell with no target? I've used roar, but it shows up a little bear paw print above the head of the caster.

You can use hurl boulder, but you have to set the duration to 0.01, else you can use chain lighning, remove the lightning effects and target model, set the number of tagets to 1 and replace the Missile Art and that should it be.
As dummy spell you should use spiritwolf, just remove the buffs and set the amount of summoned wolves to 0.

I suggest an ability based on acid bomb, this ability allows change missile model, AOE, reduction in speed, number of units affected, damage over time, etc. And doesn't have stun :)

Aboutr the second ability, yes, the idea of spirit wolf works fine

Don't use stormbolt/hurl boulder, even with 0.01 because that will be breaking channeled spells.

I suggest Finger of Death or Acid Bomb or Chain Lightning as you said before

Thanks guys, I didn't want any stun so setting the duration to 0.01... Well, you've already said it, it stops spell casting. I'll try acid bomb. And thanks for the tip with the spirit wolves :)
